Our 5 lane lap pool is heated to 82 degrees. Located
next to it is our very large and inviting Hot Tub. We have a variety
of activities from swimming lessons to aqua aerobics.

meditation. This ancient all-inclusive discipline builds strength,
flexibility, balance and endurance in the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is for people of all ages and belief systems.
Meditation is a tool to calm the body and quiet
the mind, in order to bring awareness into the present moment. There
are a wide range of techniques including simply observing the breath,
repetition of mantras and visualizations.
