Pool & Youth Services Coordinator

 HealthSPORT Arcata is looking for a Pool & Youth Services Coordinator. Coordinator is responsible for supervising, training and motivating staff, growing department sales, adhering to budget and delivering superior customer service. Applicants must have experience working with groups of children (examples: day care, camp, instructor, coach); a background in physical education fitness is preferred.

HealthSPORT is looking for a Part-Time Graphic Design Assistant to work at our Arcata Location!

Graphics/Marketing Assistant

Graphics projects include (but aren’t limited to): Fliers, posters, brochures, logos, print ads, member announcements, website maintenance, schedule

Qualifications include: One year minimum graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,keyboarding 50 words per minute,communication, creative Writing, and ad copy skills, experience operating a digital camera, strong organizational skills, ability to work with and meet tight deadlines.

Applicants must be motivated to work in a fast paced office for five busy health club locations.

 Pilates Mat I Instructor:  HealthSPORT Fortuna is looking for a candidate to teach quality, effective and safe Pilates classes to all levels of experience. Keep classes interesting, current informative, diversified and exciting. Must hold current certification. Schedule: MWF at 10:00 AM-10:50 AM. (adjustments to this schedule may be possible). Zumba Instructor: HealthSPORT Fortuna is looking for a candidate to teach quality, effective and safe Zumba classes to all levels of experience. Keep classes interesting, current, informative, diversified and exciting. Must hold current Zumba Instructor certification. Schedule: TU, TH at 6:30PM-7:20PM  and Sat 8:30AM-9:20AM (adjustments to this schedule may be possible)   . HealthSPORT Fortuna.

Lifeguard:

HealthSPORT Eureka & Arcata are currently seeking a Certified Lifeguard to add to their dynamic aquatics team. Applicants must hold strong customer service skills and have current lifeguard and CPR certifications. HealthSPORT Eureka & Arcata. 

Water Safety Instructor:

HealthSPORT Eureka & Arcata are currently seeking a Water Safety Instructor to add to their dynamic aquatics team. Applicants must have experience teaching swim lessons and hold strong customer service skills. CPR certification is required and WSI certification is a plus. HealthSPORT Eureka & Arcata.

Kids Korner Staff: 

HealthSPORT Eureka is currently seeking a trustline certified individual to work in the Kids Korner Department. Applicants must have strong references and have experience working with children. This position is to fill a Monday & Wednesday morning shift 8am-2pm. HealthSPORT Eureka 12 hour per week position.

Master Trainer:

HealthSPORT is looking for certified Personal Trainers. Must provide an elite level of personal training that enhances both the growth of HealthSPORT and our clients, individually and in groups, in house, online an at any of our five facilities as scheduled. Minimum of two nationally recognized certifications and 2000+ hours of experience required. Arcata & Eureka HealthSPORT only.

Massage Therapist:

HealthSPORT Fortuna is currently seeking a Massage Therapist to add to their dynamic spa team. Applicants must hold a current certification, be a team player and hold strong customer service skills. Experience in a fitness setting is a plus. HealthSPORT Fortuna.

Personal Trainer:

HealthSPORT Fortuna is currenly seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to add to their dynamic fitness team. Applicants must hold strong customer service skills, have previous experience in a fitness setting and be determined to assist HealthSPORT Members in reaching their fitness goals by skilled coaching and instruction.
