CYCLING

Cycling classes are typically 45 minutes long. Some are longer and some finish with a 15 minute abdominal workout at the end. Be sure to check out the schedule, and keep in mind that you can leave whenever you need to. So, if you only have time for a 20-minute mood adjustment and calorie burn, jump in. Just let the teacher know if you have to leave early, so their feelings don’t get hurt, and you don’t leave them thinking that you hated their class.
