If you joined HealthSPORT before April 1, 2010, you can upgrade to a Gold membership by August 31 for access to all clubs including Eureka, by paying just a $10 processing fee per membership. The $10 fee covers everyone on your account. Dues will adjust to current Gold dues rates.

Or, you can transfer to Eureka HealthSPORT only by Aug. 31 and pay just a $10 processing fee per membership. The $10 fee covers everyone on your account. Dues will adjust to Eureka club dues Aug. 21, 2010. Each membership is unique (based on number of dependents, current dues rates, etc...), please call 822-3488 or email for Eureka dues pricing.
