Favorite workout: My workout is pretty old school. Thirty minutes of cardio using a variety of cardio machines approximately three days per week. Strength days on non-cardio days, concentrating on the major muscle groups. I also stretch now. This is something I took for granted until a back injury I suffered shoveling rock. All is good now.

Two songs that can always be found on your iPod: Again I am old school. No iPod for this guy...at least not yet! If I did have an iPod you could bet "Brandy" by Looking Glass and "Layla" by Eric Clapton would be on there.

What does fitness mean to you? Fitness means balance and freedom to me. Balance meaning not feeling guilty for over indulging on a meal or enjoying a beer or two. Freedom meaning it allows me to stay fit enough to do the type of activities I like--play softball in the here and now and allow me to stay active in my retirement.
