Standard Membership
HealthSPORT membership entitles you to use the entire facility including the weight room and GroupX programs according to the established schedules. Additional programs may be extra. Ask about Gold membership privileges if you wish to utilize the facilities at any of our locations, Arcata, McKinleyville or Fortuna.

Discounts are available for Students, Seniors.

Gold Membership
HealthSPORT's Gold Membership allows you full access to all three state-of-the-art centers: Arcata, Fortuna and McKinleyville. Why not upgrade your membership today!

Child Membership
A HealthSPORT Child membership entitles your child (up to age 16) up to 50% off additional fee youth programs. These programs include but are not limited to Karate Kids, Fit Camp, swim lessons and special workshops. Teens can also obtain a Teen Certification by appointment and then have access to Group X classes, cardio and weight equipment.

Monthly Dues
Dues are due on the first of each month. New members who join after the first of the month will have their initial dues pro-rated. Substantial savings are available to members who choose to have their monthly dues debited directly from their checking/savings accounts or through a VISA or MasterCard

Club Check-in Procedures
All members and guests entering the facility are required to check-in with our Service Desk representative. Members are issued a membership card at sign up and are asked to present this card upon checking in. Replacement membership cards are available for a nominal fee.

Hold Information
Members may place their membership on hold if they are not going to be using the club for a month or longer for a discounted monthly dues fee. Written notice prior to your leave is required to process your request.
* Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

Member Guest Policy
First time visits by guests accompanied or pre-arranged by a member are free. There will be a drop-in fee charged for each subsequent visit by the same guest.

Non- members who are not accompanied by a member, or a member has not pre-arranged for a guest pass for them, will be charged a drop-in fee.
