What does nutrition have to do with fitness?
Nutrition and fitness are two key ingredients in the maintenance and development of a healthy body. Food fuels our body so we can have the stamina and endurance to exercise regularly for a healthy body.
Why is proper nutrition important?
If you are not fueling your body adequately, you are probably not at the level of fitness you potentially could be. We need the specific nutrients carbohydrates, protein and fat in a proper balance to give our bodies the energy to exercise, maintain fitness level and to complete our daily activities.
How do I maintain a healthy body?
