Fitness Parties - Have a Healthy Night Out with a HealthSPORT Fitness Party

Is the gym not for you? Do you want to learn more about fitness and exercise in a non-intimidating environment? Come have fun, learn about fitness, workout, socialize and get healthy at a "Healthy Night Out with a HealthSPORT Fitness Party."

Exercise, learn about nutrition, massage therapy, cook and eat a healthy snack, shop...and most importantly have some fun with good friends!

Types of Fitness Parties:
Bronze: 1 hour party includes fitness workout of choice and nutrition handout.
Silver: 1.5 hour party includes 1 hour fitness workout of choice and 1/2 hour of nutrition basics

Gold: 2 hour party includes 1 hour fitness workout of choice and 1 hour of nutrition with healthy snack and drink option
